I had a non-urgent issue with my condo unit’s garbage disposal. Communication was good. I called, left a message, and the owner called me back within about 15 minutes. He gave me a time frame for an appointment and upon request quoted me a price for replacement of the disposal. A technician named Jack came out in the agreed upon time frame, two business days later. Jack was friendly, professional, and highly competent, in other words, exactly what you want from a plumber. The P-Trap under the sink hadn’t been replaced since it was installed 20 years ago and was corroded. He pointed that out, but there was no upsell. Of course, no one wants to deal with a plumbing company, but this was a very pleasant and hassle-free experience. Based on my experience, I recommend Morgan Plumbing highly.

He and his team called ahead to let me know they might be five minutes late due to traffic — a rare courtesy in this industry — but they still arrived right on time. They were incredibly respectful of my home, taking care to wear booties to protect my light-colored carpet and working carefully to ensure a high-quality installation.
